What does an office massage day cost?
It's quoted per day rather than per person. What changes the number, what you need to provide, and why the chair usually beats the bed at work.
The short version
There's no per-head price. I quote a package for the day based on how many people you've and how long you can give me, because a day with twelve people in it costs me the same as a day with eight. Message me with your headcount and the hours you can spare and I'll come back with a straight number.
I get asked for a per-person price most times somebody enquires, and the answer is that I don't have one.

Why not per head
Because the day costs me the day. Setting up, packing down and being in your building is the same whether I see eight people or twelve, so charging per head would mean either overcharging the small bookings or undercharging the busy ones.
It also means you aren't counting heads on the morning. If two people are off sick, the number doesn't change, and nobody has to work out who owes what.
What actually changes the price
How many hours. Whether it's one day or two. Whether you want the chair or the bed, because the bed takes longer to set up and needs a bit more space.
That's roughly it. I'm a one-person business, so there's no account manager to pay for.
The chair versus the bed
I can do either. The bed is hand to skin, exactly as I'd at your house. The chair is the one where you stay fully clothed and lean forward while I work through the shirt on the back, shoulders, neck and arms.
Offices almost always want the chair and they're right to. You go back to your desk without having to redo your hair, and there's no awkwardness about undressing at work.
How long each person gets depends on how many of you there are and how long I have. Tell me both and I'll tell you what fits.
Booking one
Well-being at work isn't a fruit bowl. If it's something you want to do more than once, say so when you message and we can talk about what a regular slot looks like.

Questions I get asked
- Do people have to undress?
- Not for the chair version, which is what most offices book. You sit forward in a chair, fully dressed, and I work through the clothing on the back, shoulders, neck and arms. Nobody has to undress at work, which is the objection that stops half of these bookings happening.
- What do you need from us on the day?
- A room with a door that closes, a plug socket, and one person to own the sign-up sheet. A boardroom or an unused office is ideal. Not a corner of an open-plan floor, because half the value is that it's quiet.
